Following WA State Government advice as per “Phase 2” of the WA Roadmap to easing COVID-19 restrictions, Gobsmacked Sports Mouthguards insist that all patients and attendees visiting these premises strictly follow our COVID-19 Safety Plan.
1. Please arrive at your appointment on time.
2. Press the clinic door bell and wait outside to be greeted.
3. Please attend your appointment solo, unless under 18. Additional guests will be asked to wait outside the clinic.
4. Max of 4 x attendees permitted to enter the clinic at one time (STRICTLY FROM SAME FAMILY).
5. On entering the clinic your temperature will be taken via your forehead externally using a digital thermometer.
6. All attendees MUST IMMEDIATELY use hand sanitiser provided (on front reception desk).
